Clients should own their ad accounts, analytics properties, domains, hosting accounts, CRM accounts, and payment profiles wherever practical. OIESU normally works through manager, collaborator, or delegated access.
Clients must not share passwords in plain chat where a safer access method exists. OIESU may request manager access, OAuth, role-based access, or secure credential transfer. Clients remain responsible for their own account recovery, billing, and platform identity verification.
OIESU is not responsible for platform suspension, disapproval, billing failure, verification failure, restricted products, policy history, prior account abuse, client claims, or platform-side decisions. We may help troubleshoot, but cannot guarantee reinstatement.
On valid termination and settlement of dues, OIESU can remove its access from client accounts. OIESU may retain records necessary for invoices, reporting, dispute defence, legal compliance, and proof of work.
