Subscription & Non-Refund Policy

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all payments made to OIESU are final, non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Once a payment is made, OIESU allocates time, strategy, staff, infrastructure, planning, access, opportunity cost, and scheduling capacity immediately. Refunds are not provided because a client changes their mind, changes business direction, delays asset delivery, dislikes market results, pauses campaigns, fails to provide access, or no longer wants the service.

If a client makes any advance, deposit, token, milestone, setup fee, part payment, or initial payment for a quoted project, the client confirms acceptance of the full quoted commercial commitment unless OIESU states otherwise in writing. The remaining balance remains due according to the invoice, proposal, work order, or written payment schedule even if the client later cancels, delays, or decides not to proceed.

Advertising, SEO, lead generation, software delivery timelines, platform approvals, search ranking, conversion rate, and revenue are affected by market conditions, platform policies, budget, offer strength, competitors, client sales process, website history, technical constraints, and third-party systems. OIESU does not guarantee leads, sales, rankings, approvals, return on ad spend, cost per lead, or profit.

Cancellation stops future work only after written acknowledgement by OIESU. Cancellation does not erase already due invoices, committed milestones, platform costs, labour already allocated, setup fees, or agreed project balances. Work may be paused for non-payment without liability to OIESU for any commercial impact.

By paying OIESU, the client agrees not to file a false, abusive, or bad-faith chargeback. If a chargeback is filed, OIESU may submit the agreement, invoice, proposal, communication history, access logs, work records, and this policy as evidence. The client remains responsible for unpaid fees, chargeback costs, collection costs, and legal costs where recoverable by law.

Nothing in this policy removes consumer, statutory, or regulatory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where a mandatory law requires a remedy, that remedy will apply only to the minimum extent required by that law.
