AI Disclosure & Human Review Policy

OIESU massively uses artificial intelligence, automation, agents, APIs, scripts, quality-control systems, and AI-assisted workflows across strategy, content, design support, software development support, SEO, reporting, internal linking, analytics review, QA, lead routing, documentation, and operational monitoring. Depending on the project, a substantial portion of drafting, analysis, checking, and production support may be AI-assisted.

AI-assisted output can contain errors, hallucinations, outdated assumptions, duplicated wording, formatting issues, technical bugs, incorrect interpretation, missing legal nuance, or unsuitable recommendations. OIESU uses review processes where practical, but clients must review and approve business-critical materials before relying on them, publishing them, sending them to customers, using them for legal/regulatory decisions, or spending money based on them.

Clients are responsible for reviewing factual claims, offers, pricing, guarantees, legal claims, medical claims, financial claims, regulated industry claims, testimonials, brand rules, product/service details, local-law requirements, and any content specific to their business. If a client approves, publishes, or uses AI-assisted work, the client confirms it is acceptable for their business context.

AI-assisted outputs from OIESU are not legal, tax, medical, financial, investment, regulatory, or compliance advice. For regulated matters, clients must consult qualified professionals in their jurisdiction before acting.

Where OIESU uses AI to support Google Ads, Google Ads API workflows, landing pages, copy, keyword research, reporting, or campaign QA, AI output remains subject to Google policies and client approval. OIESU does not use AI to mislead platforms, evade review, cloak content, misrepresent offers, or bypass platform rules.
