The OIESU name, logo, trade dress, website style, documents, frameworks, and brand assets may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, employment, certification, or agency relationship without written permission.
OIESU may reference client industry, country, campaign type, aggregated results, anonymised learnings, or portfolio examples unless a written NDA or confidentiality restriction says otherwise. Exact client names, sensitive data, and protected account information are handled according to the agreed scope.
Testimonials, case studies, and performance references may be edited for clarity, anonymised, rounded, or grouped to protect confidentiality. They are examples only and do not guarantee future outcomes.
Unauthorised use of OIESU branding, false affiliation, copied pages, cloned designs, or misleading public claims may result in takedown requests, platform reports, legal action, and recovery of costs where permitted by law.
