The OIESU website, layouts, copy, visual system, workflows, code, strategy frameworks, internal tools, documents, and original content are owned by OIESU or licensed to OIESU unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, scrape, resell, reproduce, or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Clients retain ownership of materials they provide, but grant OIESU a licence to use, edit, publish, process, and adapt them for service delivery, advertising, landing pages, reporting, internal QA, and approved portfolio use unless restricted in writing.
Platform names, logos, screenshots, AI model names, trademarks, and third-party assets belong to their respective owners. References are for identification, integration, reporting, or compatibility purposes only.
If you believe material on OIESU infringes your rights, email contact@oiesu.com with your legal name, rights ownership proof, exact URL, description of the issue, contact details, and a good-faith statement. False notices may create legal liability.
