Employee, Freelancer & Contractor Policy

This policy applies to every person or organization performing work for OIESU, representing OIESU, accessing OIESU systems, supporting OIESU clients, or receiving OIESU work instructions, whether paid hourly, monthly, project-wise, commission-based, trial-based, white-label, or unpaid during testing.

A person does not need a formal employment letter to be bound by confidentiality, data protection, security, intellectual property, non-solicitation, platform compliance, and professional-conduct duties when they access OIESU work, client data, credentials, systems, tools, documents, or private instructions.

All team members must work honestly, carefully, and professionally. They must follow assigned workflows, document material changes, avoid false claims, avoid unauthorized shortcuts, and immediately report blockers, bugs, security risks, client concerns, or anything that may affect service quality.

No team member may promise guaranteed results, refunds, rankings, lead volume, approval from advertising platforms, fixed timelines, or any commitment not approved in writing by OIESU leadership.

Access is granted only for the work assigned. Team members must not share passwords, API keys, tokens, cookies, SSH keys, client accounts, screenshots containing confidential data, internal links, admin pages, or private documents with unauthorized persons.

When access is no longer required, OIESU may remove, rotate, suspend, or audit access without prior notice. Any downloaded files, copied data, local notes, prompts, exports, credentials, or backups must be returned or permanently deleted when requested.

All client data, lead data, campaign data, analytics, reports, pricing, proposals, internal prompts, business strategies, technical architecture, source code, automations, API configurations, and operational notes are confidential OIESU information unless OIESU clearly states otherwise in writing.

Team members must not use OIESU data for personal projects, competing agencies, portfolio screenshots, training datasets, resale, lead scraping, public examples, or any third-party purpose without written approval.

All work created for OIESU or OIESU clients belongs to OIESU or the relevant client as directed by OIESU, including code, copy, designs, prompts, automations, campaigns, reports, accounts, processes, documents, landing pages, CRM work, integrations, and strategy files.

Unless agreed in writing, a freelancer or contractor is not allowed to reuse, resell, publish, license, claim authorship over, or retain control of any OIESU work product created during the engagement.

Team members must not bypass OIESU to approach, solicit, pitch, accept work from, or privately deal with OIESU clients, prospects, vendors, partners, subcontractors, or team members introduced through OIESU, unless OIESU gives written permission.

Any conflict of interest, competing agency relationship, client-side employment discussion, or side arrangement connected to OIESU work must be disclosed immediately.

Payment terms, milestones, retainers, bonuses, commissions, deductions, revisions, and delivery standards are governed by the written agreement, task brief, invoice, or direct approval issued by OIESU. OIESU may withhold payment for incomplete, unauthorized, misleading, copied, non-functional, unsafe, or policy-breaking work to the maximum extent permitted by law.

OIESU may end any employee, freelancer, contractor, or partner relationship where trust, security, quality, confidentiality, availability, client safety, or compliance is at risk.
