Payment Policy

Invoices are due on the date stated on the invoice, proposal, agreement, payment link, or written communication. If no date is stated, payment is due immediately. OIESU may refuse to start or continue work until cleared payment is received.

OIESU service fees are separate from media spend. Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Taboola, hosting, API, software, plugin, domain, payment gateway, and third-party vendor charges are separate client costs unless OIESU states otherwise in writing. OIESU is not responsible for platform billing, failed cards, ad account debt, policy penalties, or taxes charged by third-party platforms.

Deposits, setup fees, retainers, milestone payments, and part payments reserve OIESU time and confirm commercial commitment. These payments are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. If a project is priced in milestones, each milestone becomes payable when triggered by the proposal, invoice, timeline, or written acceptance, not only when the client subjectively feels satisfied.

Late payment may result in paused work, paused campaigns, delayed deliverables, removal of access, withholding of files, or suspension of support. OIESU is not liable for business loss, campaign disruption, missed leads, account learning reset, ranking loss, or delivery delay caused by late payment.

Clients are responsible for applicable taxes, withholding, bank fees, currency conversion, payment processor fees, and government charges unless the invoice expressly says otherwise. If a bank or payment provider deducts fees, the client must pay the shortfall.
