This policy explains how OIESU scopes work, approvals, access, deliverables, timelines, and change requests.
Last updated: 22 June 2026. These policies are intended for commercial clarity and operational protection. They do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Only the written proposal, invoice, work order, service agreement, or explicit written confirmation from OIESU defines the binding scope. Website pages, sales calls, examples, audits, strategies, and case studies are not standalone guarantees.
Clients must provide accurate information, timely access, approvals, assets, brand guidance, payment, platform permissions, legal/compliance approvals, and sales follow-up. Delay or failure by the client may delay or reduce results without creating refund rights.
Requests outside the approved scope may require a separate quote, timeline extension, or additional payment. OIESU may refuse requests that create legal, platform, security, quality, or commercial risk.
If a client approves copy, design, ad account settings, landing pages, keywords, budgets, creative, or tracking, the client accepts responsibility for the commercial, legal, factual, and regulatory accuracy of that approval.
OIESU may pause work for non-payment, lack of access, client silence, abuse, unsafe requests, platform risk, illegal content, security concerns, or breach of policy. Suspension does not cancel amounts already due.
