Timeline & Client Cooperation Policy

Any deadline, launch date, delivery date, implementation date, audit date, campaign start date, or project timeline shared by OIESU is an estimate unless a written agreement expressly states that it is a guaranteed deadline. OIESU will try to deliver within the estimated timeline, but delivery is not guaranteed.

Timelines may change due to technical complexity, testing results, bugs, third-party API limits, Google/Meta/Microsoft review delays, account verification, platform outages, hosting issues, security checks, client feedback cycles, scope changes, staffing, dependency delays, data quality, or additional quality assurance required before release.

Clients must provide timely access, content, approvals, credentials, brand assets, product information, legal approvals, payment, feedback, and decision-making support. If a client delays required cooperation, OIESU timelines automatically extend and OIESU is not responsible for missed launch dates, campaign delays, lost opportunity, or performance impact.

OIESU may delay launch, publishing, deployment, campaign activation, or handover if testing, QA, security review, platform policy review, or operational safety indicates that more work is needed. This is not a breach; it is part of responsible delivery.

A timeline change, delay, testing issue, client dependency, platform review delay, or complexity discovery does not create a refund right. Payments remain governed by the Subscription & Non-Refund Policy and the applicable invoice or service agreement.
