01 Available Requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or opt-out from marketing communications.
This policy explains how visitors, leads, and clients may request privacy and data rights.
Last updated: 22 June 2026. These policies are intended for commercial clarity and operational protection. They do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or opt-out from marketing communications.
Before acting on a request, OIESU may verify your identity, authority, email ownership, phone ownership, business relationship, and the data you are asking about. We may reject requests that are fraudulent, abusive, impossible, legally restricted, or unverifiable.
If you submit a lead form, call us, send a WhatsApp message, email us, or otherwise request contact, you consent to relevant follow-up by OIESU and authorised partners. You may opt out later by contacting us, but opt-out does not erase lawful records needed for proof of consent, billing, fraud prevention, or disputes.
Deletion is not absolute. We may retain records needed for invoices, tax, legal claims, security logs, fraud prevention, contract performance, dispute evidence, platform compliance, backups, and legitimate business operations.
Send requests to contact@oiesu.com with the subject line Data Rights Request. Include your name, email, phone number, company, country, and exact request.
